Danny's POV
I woke up the next morning with a couple of eyes staring back at me. Or at us. An arm was draped over me and Devin’s head bowed over mine on the armrest. When reality kicked in, I was hyperaware of the closeness of his monstrous body.
"Good morning," Karissa said, bending down to better look at us. Warmth flooded my cheeks and I struggled to get out of his arm. Devin stirred, and his eyes slightly opened.
"Why is everyone here?" he said groggily, not removing his bloody arm.
"How come you guys are sleeping here?" Ryan asked tilting his head.
"We slept early. This was the only available spot," I replied, pushing against Devin to free myself of this situation. I gave up flustered and shot everyone a joint look. "Why are you all rounding us up?"
