"Maria Davenport was not admitted to the hospital on those days, Boss... But..." Jack paused for a moment.
"But..." I yelled impatiently. I felt that the illusional thought I had about this whole scenario would be true.
"But someone called Hanna Millstone was admitted to the hospital for a child delivery!"
What I thought was right! But I didn't get any triumphant feeling. Instead, my eyes quickly shifted to Hailey… She was staring at me while her eyes wide opened, and there were no emotions on her beautiful face. Which made me even anxious.
"I will call you back with more instructions." I quickly told Jack and hung up.
I hurriedly walked towards Hailey, who was still staring blankly at the phone. I looked at Drake. He was looking at Hailey with a worried face…
