Damien's Point of View
I had a fantastic night's sleep. I opened my eyes after what seemed like an eternity. My head was still lying on Hailey's lap. Even when she was sleeping, she kept her hands on my head, laying her head on the pillow I placed against the headboard. Her head must have been in a terrible position on the cushion. She will have both a headache and neck pain when she wakes up.
I stared her in the eyes with my head elevated... Even in this uncomfortable position, she retained a serene and beautiful look on her face. I had her lie down on the bed after another few seconds spent glancing at her face. She didn't even open her eyes as she murmured in her sleep.
