ELEVATOR STORIES (3)Carol Clune, the p********e, is somewhat of an enigma. She is what I refer to as a 'mall walker,' but that term should not be confused with someone who enjoys the health benefits associated with walking along the mall's corridors. Those individuals are usually the elderly and the infirm, along with many wheelchair-bound participants. This mall is so large, however, that it was chosen to be the host for a 10k race three months after we found ourselves trapped in the elevator. We had a wonderful view of the event as 300 participants pushed and shoved their way up and down the mall's corridors, running along as if they had no care in the world. Just as the first wave neared our elevator, three runners fell from the sixth floor onto the first floor. We were right with them
