DEAR MISTER KNOPFI heard that you publish important novels, so I wanted to send you my five novels featuring Benny Ratton, espionage agent. I wrote these last week, so I thought you might want them in order to turn them into five hardback books. I heard that's what you do. I saw some books in the bathroom at Joe's gas station last week, but they were only little bitty paperback books with a whole bunch of pictures in them. One picture looked like Aunt Sherry when she was younger. Anyway, finding these books on the floor next to the toilet gave me the idea that I, too, could be a writer. Since I'm a writer and you're a publisher, I thought that I would send you my novels so that the world can get to know and love Benny Ratton like I do, in all his glory as he fights female espionnage agents
