Chapter Three

287 Words
*** Two weeks later:  Tyson's POV: I finally got the phone call that I needed: "What did you find Kane?" "We got results back." "Who is it?" "Her name is Jessica Smith." "Did you get any information?" "She went missing four months ago." "It must be the same man who has Trinity and Rosey." "We will find them, Tyson." "Whoever did this is a sick twisted bastard." Suddenly, my phone rang. "Hello?" "Is this Tyson?" "Umm who is this?" "Where the hell is my daughter?" "What?" "Serenity, where is she?" "Is this her father?" "Yes." "How did you get my number?" "I have my ways, but you need to find her." "We are trying the best we can." "You better. Do you have any ideas of how could be involved?" "We haven't been able to figure that out yet." "Any possible suspects?" "Not yet. Is this the best number I can use to contact you?" "Yes." "Let me ask you something." "Sure." "You barely gave a s**t about her. Now you suddenly care?" "Her mother left when Serenity was a kid. I didn't know what the hell I was doing. I tried my best to raise my daughter, but she chose to be with you." "Because I was able to take care of her." "Look, I'm not good at this stuff. Ever since she left, I've missed her every single day and now that she's gone scares the s**t out of me."  "It should!" "I'll help." "No." "I have some friends who can help you guys out." "What's in it for you?" "Please... for Serenity." "Fine. We have a meeting tomorrow morning. Be there." I hung up and sighed. Maybe he will be able to help. Maybe.
