Prologue-2

“Oh God,” Galaxy gasped as Adam slammed him against the wall of the front entryway of Adam’s apartment, covering his lips in a searing, hard kiss. Adam yanked Galaxy’s arms over his head and ground their pelvises together. “You are so hot,” Adam growled. “I’m ready to f**k you right here.” He wondered if now would be a good time to explain he’d never gone quite that far before. Having heard it hurt a bit, Galaxy wasn’t too keen to have his first time up against a wall. Adam dropped Galaxy’s arms and slid his big, rough ones under Galaxy’s shirt, the calluses coasting across his bare skin sending electric jolts straight to his already achingly erect c**k. His shirt was pulled over his head and tossed aside. “Um, um, Adam.” Those same rough fingers curled under the waistband of his jeans just as Adam’s mouth closed over one of Galaxy’s sensitive n*****s. “Holy f**k!” Adam chuckled. “Like that, huh?” Liked it? If he liked it anymore he’d dissolve into a puddle of goo at Adam’s feet. But, well, first, he had to explain. “About f*****g me.” Adam’s lips returned to Galaxy’s and the zipper of his jeans was lowered by those big man hands. “Don’t tell me you’re a top,” Adam muttered before his tongue slid inside his mouth. “Mmm.” The other man broke the kiss to rain kisses all over Galaxy’s throat even as he lowered Galaxy’s jeans and briefs. “Well, no.” Galaxy managed to think long enough to answer. He didn’t think so, but how would he know? Maybe he was. Or not. “Thank God, because I really have to have this ass.” Adam dropped to his knees and turned Galaxy around to face the wall. His hands gripped either cheek and spread them right before Adam’s tongue stabbed inside. “Ah.” Galaxy’s mind fractured as the tongue thrust deeper in his ass. His legs were shaking. Never in a million f*****g years had he imagined this. And he’d imagined quite a bit. His c**k was so hard he thought it would break as it rubbed against the wall as Adam pushed him. Whimpering, he lowered one hand from the wall to close over his erection. Adam sat back and then stood. “Wait. I need the lube and condoms.” “Um, Adam,” Galaxy said urgently, his hand unable to stop moving along his length. “Can…can we?” The man closed his hand over the back of Galaxy’s neck and drew his lips to his. The kiss left him breathless. “What is it?” “I, uh, well, I’ve never—” Adam stared at him, his blue eyes wide with shock. “Wait, are you saying…?” He nodded quickly. “Yeah, I haven’t.” “Okay.” Adam blew out a breath and nodded. “Do you still want to?” “Yes, I just thought you should know.” “Probably a good idea.” He smiled at Galaxy. “Well, this puts sort of a different spin on things.” “It does?” “Sure.” Adam pulled Galaxy’s hand off his c**k. “Come on, let’s go to my bedroom.” Somewhat relieved, Galaxy allowed himself to be led down a short hallway to a pretty plain bedroom with what looked to be only a double bed. Adam pushed him gently down to sit on the edge and he sat next to him. “How old are you, Galaxy?” “I…um, why?” “It’s a simple question.” He bit his lip. “Twenty.” “Good. Fake ID?” “Yeah.” Adam chuckled. “Been there done that. And speaking of, what have you done?” “Everything else.” “Where are you from?” Galaxy scowled. “Does it matter?” “No, just putting us both at ease. Honestly, I’ve never taken anyone’s virginity so I need to wrap my mind around this. Up to this point all I could think of was f*****g you senseless.” “You-you can still do that.” “I will. Where are you from?” “Southern California. My parents were wannabe hippies living in an old house in the hills off Topanga Canyon. You?” “A little seaside town north of here called Sutter’s Bay. One of those sleepy little burb towns where you can raise a family,” Adam said wryly. “Quiet and pretty.” “Why’d you leave then?” Adam shrugged. “Boring, not much action. I was looking for something it couldn’t give me.” His thumb brushed across Galaxy’s bottom lip. “You have the prettiest brown eyes I’ve ever seen.” He swallowed. “Can we—” “Oh yeah.” Adam’s lips covered his as he crushed him into the mattress. * * * * Galaxy’s eyes flew open and for a second he wasn’t even sure where he was until he felt the heavy weight of an arm encircling his waist. Adam. Light streamed through the partially open blinds of the bedroom window. Last night he’d let Adam f**k him twice. And now his ass was definitely paying for it. Wincing, he slowly scooted out from under the man’s muscular arm. But hot damn, s*x was fun. He was so doing that again and soon. After his ass recovered. He glanced at the clock on the bedside table. Already seven-thirty and he had to go to work. Shit. Galaxy scooped up his shoes, jeans, and briefs and hurried out of the bedroom to where Adam had flung his shirt. He found it in the living room and quickly dressed. He thought about leaving a note for Adam, but really what would he say? Thanks for being the first? Thanks for the one-night stand? He didn’t do this stuff and had no clue about the etiquette. So, in the end he just opened the front door and dashed out. Down the street, he caught a cable car that would take him down near the apartment he shared with Tony. He just had time to shower before he had to be at his job at the clothing store he worked at part-time. He had art classes later that afternoon and evening. Running up the stairs to the second floor where the apartment was, he wasn’t the least bit surprised to see Tony coming out the front door, his hair wet from a shower. His friend grinned. “Oh, an all-nighter.” “Um, yeah. You?” Tony shook his head. “Nah, a few hours at his place and I was ready to bolt. Dude was a total narcissist. Can you believe he thought he was cuter than me? As if.” Galaxy laughed and gave him a quick hug. “Not in a million years. Love you.” “Love you, too, babe. Now better get going or I’ll be late.” Galaxy smiled and watched his best friend disappear down the stairs. They’d been best friends since they were five years old growing up in the Canyon as they called it. Some people thought since they were both gay they should be a couple, but not to them. They loved each other like brothers. He went inside and got ready for his day, wondering in the back of his mind if he would ever see Adam again. Considering he hadn’t even gotten his last name, Galaxy doubted it.
