Lucien's POV
Goddess, we should have seen this coming. Maxwell's pack was the smallest among our group, so it was the most vulnerable. It was still bigger than many, but it was probably targeted now because he just found his mate and might let his guard down. His pack also had natural resources, so we should had expected that it would be targeted.
The first thing I did was to go to Davina's room. I opened the door without knocking, which she didn't seem too pleased about. But before she could open her mouth, I beat her to it.
"I am going to the Green valley pack. They are under a rogue attack. You will stay here, keep your door locked and not come out until I return."
Her eyes were wide in confusion, too stunned and overwhelmed.
