Horror like I never felt travels through my body, making my heart hammer against my rib cage and a cold sweat bead on the back of my neck. My hair feels as if it is standing on end as I scream at the top of my lungs, fear gripping me as I'm watching the large black wolf collide with the smaller one with a vicious growl. I feel my knees buckling with the force of my scream, but before I meet the ground, an arm wraps around my waist and pulls me back behind the safety of the bar. “You will be fine, my lady,” a man’s voice tried to soothe me. “They are often like this.
