Cassandra knew the moment she woke up that something was off. The bed she was lying on felt so different even when it was just as comfortable as the one she was used to. She could feel the fluffy pillow and soft mattress underneath her skin, but she knew it wasn't hers. Slowly, she opened her eyes and a gasp fell off her lips when she was greeted with the sight of a grey ceiling. This was strange, for the ceiling in her room was never grey but white, same with that of Hunter's. Had the room been renovated without her knowledge? She wondered. Trying to sit up, she felt a jolt of pain in her right shoulder and she groaned, her hand touching the spot. She laid back on the bed, hissing at the pain she could now feel in her neck.
