The Will
“Amara, honey.”
“Momma?”
“Amara, honey. Where are you?”
“Momma where are you?” The little girl called out.
“Amara, honey stop hiding. Come to Mamma.”
Kiran Chahar looked for her daughter. She knew Amara loved to play hide and seek. Just as the worry was setting in again, she caught a glimpse of her bundle of joy running past her.
Kiran smiled as she snuck behind her daughter who was hiding behind a rose brush.
“I caught you!”
Amara giggles loudly and it was the most magical sound in the world for Kiran.
“Oh, my love. I think we have played enough for today. We should get cleaned up before your father gets home, should we?”
At the mention of her father’s name the smile fell off of Amara’s face.
