Melanie picked up her phone and called her father.
"Have you made up your mind?" Bruno asked.
His tone was cold, as if he didn't care much.
After a deep breath, Melanie said, "Fine, I'll go to work tomorrow."
On the other end, Bruno was obviously a little excited.
However, he tried hard to keep himself calm. "Report to the Human Resources Department at the company tomorrow."
"What about my salary?" Melanie asked straightforwardly.
"1300 dollars per month."
"Then I'd rather not work!" Melanie was so angry that that she felt like she was about to explode.
"In addition to your salary, the credit limits in all your cards are the same as before." Bruno added.
In other words, she would keep all her money and get an extra 1300 dollars per month.
