Elenor seemed to be at a loss for words, then suddenly an idea stuck her. ‘This is already my last resort!’ She thought to herself and parted her lips once again…
“How about my son? The one that caused your husband to be hurt, I can offer him as a sign of peace between us.” Elenor said as she looked at the woman.
“You’re ready to give away your son for the sake of White Lotus?” This time Amanda’s expression had changed completely, it was no longer blank but one of clear disgust towards the woman.
“Yes, Mrs. Cunningham, I’m truly sorry for all the trouble we’ve caused you!” Elenor continued apologizing.
“What do you think Lynn?” Amanda turned to the student and asked him for his opinion.
