Lynn couldn’t focus on anything his lover was saying. The only thing on his mind was how happy Ken sounded as he explained things about Mason.
Ken noticed the other’s mind was elsewhere. “Hm? Lynn you seem tired…” he remarked as he took off his glasses. “I guess you really should sleep. I’ll lend the book to you so read it tomorrow, okay?”
“It’s alright… I’m not really interested in reading it…” Lynn said as he left it back on the nightstand where it was.
“Alright, if you change your mind you can take it whenever you’d like. It’s really worth the read.” Ken said then turned around to his laptop and silently continued his work.
