“Oh! I know! I know!” Tony waved his soapy hand in the air.
Mel, who could lift Tony above her head like a cheerleader, threw her microfiber cloth at him as gently as if she were passing a soap bubble to a kitten. It hit him in the chest, then slid off onto the countertop he’d been cleaning, leaving a wide splatter of soap. Tony gleefully dropped his cloth on the counter, scooped up Mel’s and heaved it back at her. She watched as it went sailing by over her head.
“I meant to do that,” Tony said.
