Her lips parted when she recognized herself in the picture wearing the traditional garb of her birthright. Her fingertips were reaching toward the maiden’s hands, just about to touch, but not. The garden was lush and green with flowers blooming all around them.
“Come to me.” Warm breath caressed her neck and Kyoko felt herself nod in approval.
She stepped over to the larger pillows and kneeled before crawling up on them. Lying down on her back she stretched lazily, happy that even in her dream, she could feel the silkiness of the pillows.
