The Tribrid and Her Alpha

Chapter Twelve-Jordan P.O.V:

We make our way to our first class. We all have history, then we have power skills class, then healing class after we have our heir responsibility class, then lunch. All of us except PJ and Parker have advanced warrior defense class, English, and math after lunch. PJ and Parker have math,english and advanced warrior defense. History drags on as usual. We have a test. We learn about the history of the kingdom, the pack and the founding ancestors. We go over most of the things in this class in our heir training, so we already know most of the things they go over in this class, so we pick at Ty while we wait for everyone to finish the test.

I open our group mindlink, we can talk to each other in our minds so no one can overhear our conversations, anyone within the pack link can mind link. “So Ty, Chelsea really is your mate. Congrats man! How’s it feel?” I say,chuckling. “Thanks man, it feels great. She’s beautiful. I mean she was always beautiful but now she’s even more gorgeous if that’s even possible.” He says lovingly. “Aww Ty’s already whipped, at least you’re taller though,” Kayden says, snickering as the guys and I chuckle. “You see how fine my mate is? I’ll be whipped, I can’t wait til graduation when we mark each other.” He gushed. “wait a minute, hold up you guys are not gonna mark each other til we graduate?” Pj asked, shocked. “ That’s like five months away! Are you gonna be able to hang in that long?” Lance asks, snickering. “It was something we agreed on, you know babies happen quick with mates and we’re both hybrids so that adds to it. We wanna wait until we’re at least out of school to even start on that topic.” He said seriously. “Makes sense you’re a ranked wolf as well. Hopefully we all have kids around the same time. I mean all our mates are already friends. They all probably wanna wait til graduation anyway.” I say thinking about marking and mating Zirryia and I feel a slight tightness in my jeans.

Class is finally over and we hand in our tests before we leave. We make our way to the second floor for power skills class. All power skills classes are on the second floor, the classrooms are bigger up there. “You know she’s in your class this period,” Zeus snickers. “I’ve been trying not to think about it, I’m nervous enough” I say growling at him as he laughs at me. “ Zeus picking at you again?” Parker asked, chuckling at my scrunched up face. “Yeah, he’s reminding me that Ziri’s in my class this period.” I say, groaning. “You’ll be fine Jay, just don’t f**k it up.” Ty chuckles, throwing his arm around my shoulder and Lance joins as PJ shakes his head as we continue walking down the hall. “He’s so gonna f**k it up,” Lance snickers. “You guys are worse than Zeus,” I groan as I lightly shove Lance, shrugging Ty’s arm off and walk away to my next class as they laugh. “He’s not gonna blow it, I'll be with him,” Kayden says as we fist bump. “Tuh, that definitely means he’s gonna blow it,” Parker snickers with the rest of the guys as we walk away and get to class just before it starts. I look around the room and find her sitting by the window with Katie, who happens to be my cousin. Her mom is my Aunt. My dad is older, so he got the Alpha title but my aunt Dalia is an Elite warrior. She does work at the pack hospital as well. Her mate, my uncle Benjamin is an Elite warrior as well.

It's like all my worries and problems melt away when I look at her. I sit behind them, they stop talking and turn to look at us briefly then at each other and I know they’re mindlinking each other. I smirk at them and Zirrya rolls her eyes and smirks as Katie smirks as well. “Katie, Ziri,” I say, still smirking and looking directly at Zirrya. “She looks so sexy smirking like that”, Zeus growls. “I agree buddy,” I say, looking her up and down. “Cousin,Mate,” Katie says, chuckling looking at Kayden as he says “Mate,” In return. “Oh I knew it, Congrats Katie. Treat her like a queen cousin or when she’s done kicking your ass, I'll do it. Jordan,” Ziri says, rolling her eyes but she doesn’t bow her head…I wonder why that is? “Looks like she still doesn’t have any love for you, Jay?” Kayden says,chuckling as he gets up to sit next to Katie. “Cute, Kayden but Jordan already knows I don’t have any love for him,” she says, narrowing her eyes at me. “You are cute.” I say looking directly in her eyes and licking my lip. She scoffs and rolls her eyes before turning around but I think I saw her slightly blush. I lean forward to whisper in her ear, “Are you blushing Ziri?” I chuckle softly, rubbing my nose gently behind her ear taking in her wonderful scent of peaches, rosemary and rain, feeling light tingles flow across my face. I felt her stiffen and shiver even if she tried to fight it. Maybe she can feel the light tingles I feel when my skin touches hers too.

The tingles are proof she is my future mate. I smirk as I sit back down, her long locs are in a high ponytail, hanging over the back of her chair. I play with them, rubbing them softly in my hands, getting my scent in her hair. “What are you doing, Jordan?” She turns around looking me up and down. I smirk, she rolls her eyes and Katie chuckles as she’s writing down notes from the board. “Nothing Ziri, am I bothering you?” I ask innocently, making Katie chuckle harder as Zirrya glares at her. She rolls her eyes and sucks her teeth “You’re being weird today, you didn’t even know we had class together. We don’t talk to each other unless you’re being a d**k. Now you wanna talk to me and play with my hair? Something’s up.” She says, pointing at me. “Lance called it,”Kayden chuckles, sniffing Katie’s hair. “Nothing’s up Ziri, but I know you felt what I just felt.” I mindlink her while looking into her eyes. “Chelsea mindlinked me about what happened this morning, plus what just happened with our cousins,I know you and your cronies are up to something Jordan.” She says looking around me closely with narrowed eyes.

I know she must be looking at my aura and what it’s doing while she’s talking to me. It’s part of her being a fairy, she sees everyone’s aura all the time and what it does and how it changes colors when they react to certain things or questions or when you’re lying. “You’re not lying but you are hiding something, something I will figure it out. I believe I already know why the rest of your group wanna hang out with us but why do you?” she said, analyzing me. “Supporting my friends and wanna see if some other things are proven. You never answered my mindlink.” I said to her, The teacher starts class before she can respond. She stares at me for another minute before she turns back around and I feel pressure in my mind as she mindlinked me, “felt what exactly Jordan?” she asked, confused. “You’ll figure it out when we hang out later.” I say smirking as I watch her tense slightly. “I never said I was going,” she sassed. “You didn’t say you weren’t.” I replied cockily. “We’ll see how I feel after training.” She scoffed. The whole period I try to talk to her through the link, sometimes she responds, other times she doesn’t. “I wasn’t lying either, you are beautiful, Ziri,” I told her sincerely. She sucks her teeth again before she answers. “Thanks I guess but you’re acting strange and it’s weird, you haven’t complimented me since we were kids,” she said annoyed. “Doesn’t mean it’s not true, I look forward to seeing you later.” I tell her, smirking. “Yeah we’ll see, Jordan,” she groans. The sound sends shivers down my spine. I shift in my seat to try to relieve the discomfort in my pants. Everything about her is calling out to me.

I’ve been playing with her hair this whole time. It's so soft and smells so good. “Can I walk you to your next class?” I mindlink her curiously. “Won’t your girlfriend and her back-up monkeys lose their s**t if they see you with me?” She linked back, chuckling. I scoff, “Steph is not my girlfriend anymore. I broke up with her last summer.” I defend out loud as Kayden and Katie burst out laughing, I don’t want her to think there’s anything going on between Steph and I anymore. She is my mate and there will only ever be her.

“I don’t know if she knows that bro,”Kayden chuckles with his arm around a smirking Katie. “Shocker,” Ziri laughs out loud,sarcastically “You know cousin, that's not super surprising,you know what is tho? How long it took you to do it? That’s probably why she doesn’t believe it.”Katie laughs. “But no,cause if she comes at me again trying to fight and talk s**t especially over you of all people, I won’t be nice and walk away. I will f**k her up and you should know… that won’t end well for her.” She says, darkly as she looks at Katie who smirks evilly, chuckling. I chuckle, “It’s not like you’ll get in trouble for it.” “Doesn’t matter, I can’t stand her, rather not deal with her and her wimp of a father when she goes lying to him but if she touches me it’s over.” She says, annoyed. “I’m still gonna walk with you.” I tell her stubbornly. “You’re just digging your own grave,Jay.”Kayden says, shaking his head. Ziri sucked her teeth and shrugged, “Whatever, at least we can tell the Alpha, I tried.” “You better keep your mutt and her puppies on leashes,Cousin," Katie warns. I know there's an underlying threat there, Katie,Lisa,Ziri and the terror twins are all ruthless fighters and more than likely to f**k Steph and her friends up. I know they try to avoid conflict with them simply out of respect for my father and the fact that they are pack members but it sounds like they’ve had enough;Steph and her cronies are walking on a very fine line with their lives because Ziri, Lisa,Tiffany and Katie won’t let them live. Chelsea, Taylor and Jariah are just as ruthless the only difference is they try to see the good in everyone and give chances. Lisa,Tiffany,Katie, and Ziri take no prisoners unless mandatory. I still walk with them to their next class and realize that we’re in this class together too. Along with all my friends,all their friends as well as Steph and her cronies…let the drama begin!
