Jonathan was a little flustered as he followed Dr. Page into the library, and half expected the librarian to stop him at the desk to demand to know what he thought he was doing before sending him on his way. She didn't even look up as he walked past the desk, eyes fixed on her computer screen. Jonathan followed Dr. Page to a closed study room to the back of the library's first floor. For a college library, it was fairly large, sitting at three stories with thousands of books in its collection. Dr. Page opened the door to the study room and waved Jonathan through, closing it after himself as he stepped in behind him. It was a smallish room, just three chairs and a plain table in the center, all on wheels. The wall opposite the door was all window, facing into the back of another building
