  Olivia's POV   Christopher pulled up to what could only be described as a modern-day palace. The afternoon sun glinted off the massive windows, making the whole place shimmer like a mirage.   "Holy crap," I muttered under my breath. "Is this where you live?"   "One of my homes, yes. Do you like it?"   "Like it? It's... it's..." I struggled to find the right words. "It's ridiculous.
