  Christopher's POV   I pulled up to the hotel, the engine purring to a stop. Ashley sat beside me, a vision in black. I had to admit, she cleaned up nice when she wasn't trying to look like a walking disco ball.   We exited the car, and I tossed the keys to a valet. The valet snagged the keys deftly, his eyes widening at my Aston's sleek curves. I couldn't blame him; she was a beauty.   Clinking glasses and forced laughter assaulted my ears as we entered the venue. Anthony sure knew how to throw a party – if your idea of a good time was drowning in champagne and ego.
