Leo’s face looked even worse than mine.
“What the hell are you doing here?” Callan growled, standing up.
“Don’t come anywhere near my son.” Mr. Rad demanded. “You’re lucky we didn’t call the police on you for assaulting him. Look at his face!”
“Look at my daughter’s!” Daddy yelled.
“What’s that have to do with Leo at all?” Mrs. Rad asked.
“You didn’t tell them?” I asked Leo. He looked around nervously. “Leo did this to my face.”
Again there’s absolute silence.
