PROLOGUE Her gun is pointing at his head, as his knife is ready to pierce through her neck. Their eyes are looking at each other Intensely. Determined and desperate to finish the long awaited mission. To end the life of the person, who caused so much pain and carved deep wounds in their souls. "Get on with it, kill me. Pull the trigger." He whispered to her but kept the edge of the knife still touching the skin of her neck. Swallowing the lump in her throat, she sharply sucked her breath as she placed her forefinger on the trigger, ready to squeeze it. Her brows furrows, her hands are shaking. Sweat bullets are falling from the sides of her face. He's waiting for her to end this, he's ready. Slowly, he let goes of the knife and let it fall on the floor. It made a clanking sound as soon as it made contact on the tiled ground. Taking a step back, yet his eyes never let goes of hers. He holds her hand that clutches the gun, pulling it down and place it just before where his heart is. "You've killed me once, you can kill me again." He smiled dearly at her. And as he stayed there standing, a gun shot was fired. The same time as a tear escaped from her eye.
