The guys had taken turns jumping from the bedroom deck into the deep side of the lake as I sat close to its bank, sitting in the water, which was just enough to get my butt wet. Lucis stood in the water waist-deep with a beer in his hand talking to Justin about something, he kept glancing at me and eventually he lifted a finger and beckoned me over.
