A Secret Wrapped in Fear
Katelyn didn’t sleep.
She lay in bed staring at the ceiling long after darkness swallowed the pack lands.
Pregnant. The word kept echoing in her head.
Again. Again. Again.
Every time she thought she had accepted it, another wave of panic crashed over her.
A pup. Her pup.
Her hand drifted unconsciously toward her stomach.
