The postal service is one thing that has not improved in recent years. It's been a fact for a while that people don't get their mail on time. I usually go to the post office and pick up the mail, and I have to wait for it to be delivered to me. It was early in the morning in Paris. I had just left my house having slept only 3 hours before leaving for school, where I wouldn't sleep until night. I went outside in very short shorts, flip-flops and nothing else. My hair was not well brushed or combed. My shirt was unbuttoned over my jeans. My bag didn't match any of the bags around me. I looked tired and exhausted. As we walked down the street and approached the bus stop, I noticed something strange. Everyone looked more dressed than usual. People looked at the ground as if they had dirt under their feet. They had even forgotten how to smile. Some young people started playing football nearby and others stopped.
It is a fact that mail is one of the most important things we receive on a daily basis. However, the postal service is something that has not improved in recent years. It's been a fact for a while that people don't get their mail on time. The mailboxes were empty, except for the one that was addressed to me. I was surprised, I took the letter from the mailbox and started reading it.
