Asher was stunned for a moment but quickly understood. It turned out that Rosalind didn't think he was unfamiliar; she considered him an imposter.
With this thought, Asher's mood relaxed. He curved his lips, feeling playful. "Since you know I'm an imposter, why didn't you expose me to Margaret?"
"Indeed, a fake!" Rosalind's beautiful eyes flashed with a hint of disappointment, quickly replaced by a cold gaze. "I didn't want to upset Grandma earlier, so I just played along with your act. Now that the performance is over, aren't you going to reveal your true self?"
Asher didn't respond. Instead, he picked a white flower nearby and placed it horizontally in front of the tombstone. "This tomb clearly contains only one person, so why use a group photo with ten people as the tombstone image?"
"You have no right to ask me questions," Rosalind replied coldly.
"Could it be that you want to accompany the person resting underground in this way?" Asher's voice lowered. "But why go to such lengths? The dead have passed, so why should the living be tainted by this?"
"Shut up! I will never allow someone like you to desecrate my brother! Alden, take him down!" Rosalind, her eyes blazing with anger, turned and ordered her bodyguard, Alden Price.
The muscular bodyguard immediately drew his gun, but the cold muzzle was pointed at Rosalind's head. She was instantly stunned. "Alden, what's wrong with you?"
"Miss Wood, I will follow your instructions and take down this imposter. But before that, I'll need you to cooperate by removing all of your clothes," Alden said, licking his lips, his eyes filled with desire.
Faced with such a hot beauty, Alden couldn't help but be stirred.
Rosalind trembled slightly but quickly calmed down. "Alden, you should know the consequences of doing this, right?"
Alden sneered. "Miss Wood, are you still trying to threaten me at this point?"
Rosalind took a deep breath. "Alden, I can give you money. Just don't touch me."
"You d*mn b*tch, stop acting so high and mighty." Alden's smile suddenly vanished. He forcefully pushed Rosalind to the ground. "I want the money, and I want you too. You love your brother so much, right? Today, I'll have you right in front of him! Let him see his sister's shameful state even in the afterlife, ha ha ha!"
"Alden, you b*stard!" Rosalind gritted her teeth and struggled desperately, but how could she match the strength of a professional bodyguard? She was pinned down and couldn't move. Helplessly, she started screaming, "Help! Someone help me!"
Alden's laughter grew increasingly wild. "Out here in the wilderness, you could scream your throat out, and no one would come. Just scream. The louder you scream, the more excited I get!"
"You seem to have forgotten there's another person here," Asher suddenly said, turning to look at Alden.
Instantly, a dark gun barrel was pointed at Asher. Alden's smile turned cold. "Punk, if you'd stayed quiet, I might have let you watch this final show before dying. But since you want to die, I'll gladly send you on your way!"
As he spoke, Alden prepared to pull the trigger toward Asher with a cruel smile.
But in the next moment, a powerful hand seized his arm. With a "crack," Alden's arm bent at an unnatural angle.
The gun fell to the ground, quickly grabbed by Asher. The next second, the gun was pointed at Alden's temple. "How dare you bully my sister in front of me? Do you want to experience a fate worse than death?"
Asher's voice was as cold as his gaze, seeming to emerge from the depths of hell.
"Ah!" Alden cried out in pain, his forehead instantly covered in cold sweat. Terrified, he met Asher's gaze, frozen by the chilling, ghostly look in his eyes.
With just one hand able to break his bone, that was terrifying. 'Is he even human?' Alden felt a chill run down his spine, goosebumps rising all over his body.
"Ah!" Alden had no strength left and collapsed on the ground. "Sir, please spare me! I was just following orders. I had no choice!"
Asher coldly asked, "Tell me everyone who ordered you to do this, or you'll die!"
Asher had a weakness, and those who touched it would die! His weakness was his nine sisters. Anyone who dared to lay a finger on them would face the endless wrath of the God King, Lord Zeus.
Alden trembled under the overwhelming pressure. "It was Rachel Bell. She arranged everything. She told me to disfigure Miss Wood with sulfuric acid so she could compete for the lead role in the Hollywood movie Whispers of Time. I thought since Miss Wood was about to be disfigured, I might as well have a taste beforehand. Sir, I've told you everything; please spare my life!"
Before Alden could finish, Asher kicked him over 20 feet away.
Just as he was about to take further action, Rosalind suddenly called out, "Wait, I have something to ask him."
Asher stopped.
Rosalind asked, "Alden, you were recommended by my assistant Luke James. So he must be involved in this, right?"
"Cough cough!" Alden coughed up a mouthful of blood and nodded. "Yes, everything was arranged by Luke and Rachel. I was just following orders. They are the real culprits!"
"Are you done?" Asher walked in front of Alden, raising his gun, determined to make anyone who wanted to harm his sister pay.
"Let him go. After all, he didn't succeed in anything," Rosalind said softly.
"Okay," Asher replied, looking down at Alden. "The death penalty is waived, but punishment is inevitable!"
He then stomped hard on Alden's groin and twisted, eliciting a scream. Alden's eyes rolled back, and he quickly passed out.
Seeing Asher's decisive and ruthless action, Rosalind's long eyelashes trembled. "Are you really my brother Asher? Take off your pants."
Asher was stunned, thinking he had misheard. "Rosalind, what did you say?"
"Shut up. Just take them off!" Rosalind casually tied her long hair back and squatted in front of Asher, forcefully pulling down his pants and underwear.
