Journey to The human world

Mistress Shenaya used her suppression attack to successfully stop the quarrel between the five dukes at Sungmali perspective, where she needed to use it to calm them down. With the mistress's onslaught, they all remained silent and listened to their mistress; when she had given her commands and explained her ideas on the problem, all of the dukes agreed to learn about the human world so they could fit in. They were only given a few days to learn everything before entering the human world... Meanwhile, Asha was a bit hard up after days of being cast away in a place she didn't recognize, but she tried to blend in by observing how people go about their daily lives. Then in the most awkward moment, Asha met Silver during a hostage negotiation management. (P.O.V. first time to witness a police operation) Hey! What the hell are you doing with that kid? Please don't harm her! "The hell you care missy, you might want to back off if you still want to live," the hostage taker replied. Mr. bad guy, I guess you're messing with the wrong girl!" Asha retorted angrily. Asha fought the kidnapper and was successful in rescuing the small girl. The hostage taker took up a dagger from his sleeves and tried to hit Asha, but she managed to dodge it and disarm the hostage taker. The police, on the other hand, were astounded by her efforts, and their incident commander Silver De Silva went up and spoke with her. Because it was her first time seeing his car, Asha was enthralled. While Silver was questioning her, she couldn't sit still and kept moving and touching everything inside, oblivious to what he was saying. When she accidently pressed the horn, it rang so loud that he was startled and yelled. Silver remarked to Asha, laughing hysterically "You're not a city slicker, are you? You know you're cute, but you're acting strangely, so tell me where you're from so I can assist you in returning home." "Go home?really Mr.? I may go home to my father?" she asked, smiling. "Well, I live in Siribayat Village in the Sungmali Mountains, and my Father is Doctor Demetri Jurado.....and...ohhh, I'm about to turn 18 and I'm a guardian of the five elemental countries, looking after the gates of balance." Silver guffawed so loudly that he coughed. "I'll just take you to the police station and we'll look into your background in our system," he added. When they arrived at the police station, Asha felt something dark and horrible while strolling through the office...unbeknownst to her, some of the convicts in that station were demons, ghouls, vampires, Aswang, and others. When the desk officer typed her entire name into the system, nothing came up, but when he tried to enter the name Doctor Demetri Jurado, the results revealed that he had been missing for nearly 15 years and was one of the top neurosurgeons of his time. His disappearance remained a mystery. Still perplexed, Asha speculated that it could have been another individual, as this was a typical occurrence in her experience. Because she has no relatives, Silver assured the Desk officer that he would look after Asha until he could locate her family. The other policemen agreed. Before leaving home, Silver asked Asha for supper, and she accepted. "By the way, Mr., what may I call you?" If you wish, you can call me Silver or Revs. "OK, revs, how are you doing?" Are you also a guardian? " Ugh...uhmm, maybe...maybe not...or it's like that little girl. I'm a police officer assigned to the investigating unit, and my job entails identifying, locating, and apprehending criminals.... "I believe that is difficult to accomplish, although it does sound challenging... I want to learn everything about your world, as opposed to being a protector." Okay, if you say so....but first, you need to eat, and I'll be enrolling you in school tomorrow... "Can you tell me what it is? Is it a training ground?" yeap, something along those lines.... "All well, then I'll go into that training ground." Both of them went to Silver's house after supper; he allowed her to sleep in his room while he stayed in his living room, lying on the sofa. Silver took her on a tour of the city the next morning and registered her in a public university to study, but because she didn't have any credentials, she made a deal with the school administration to let her in until she figured out how. She was then introduced in class and informed that this was her first day as a human student.... Meanwhile, at the village, or siribayat, Dr. Demetri has almost through teaching the dukes about whom to trust and whom not to trust in the human world, as well as the importance of being cautious when dealing with objects. "I hope you've learned everything, Dukes, and don't, I repeat, don't, use any magic or powers where people can see you. It will draw attention." Uhm..Dr. What other kinds of underworld animals do you have in your world? " "It's fortunate that you enquired of Duke Rivero. The alpha and omega clans are werewolves; the vampires; the night crawlers and day walkers clans; the mambabarang clan and the mangkukulam clans are the witches; the Aswangs; the tiktik clan and the wakwak clan are the most unlikely ones; and last but not least, the malignos have the capre clan, tikbalang clan, and goblin clan. If you want to learn more about humanity, all I can tell is that some can be trusted and others cannot. You must chose whom to be with based on observation or gut feeling...I believe you're ready to search for my little Asha. All the dukes agreed, and just as they were about to leave for their search, Elder Vinecio appeared and delivered a message from the Mistress....that when they find Asha, they should let her learn a few things about the human world and help her grow. All they have to do now is live in that world, blending in with humans, but they must return to Siribayat Village before Asha turns 21 during the Bloodmoon Because her abilities will grow stronger over time, Veron may become aware of her presence. Hearing that, the five dukes became concerned about a number of things they couldn't explain...then out of nowhere, Melchizedek said that they must do as they were told and that they must always agree, because if they don't, Mistress Shenaya will most likely figure it out and they will feel the same way they did when they were subjected to the suppression attack. As they traveled through the doorway of deep stillness formed by mistress Sheneya's old nana, they felt and saw one other's memories and the anguish each of the dukes had experienced along the course of their maturation to claim the position of being a duke.
