I saw a flash of hurt in is features when he saw me back away, “I… How are you?”
He looked on the ground and chuckled, “Um… Do you want to get in?”
I nodded hesitantly, “Uh. Sure?” we proceeded for Sugar Rush, each step seemed to weigh my shoulders in every step I made.
We went in and the scent of sweets and coffee hit my nostrils and I almost embarrassed myself when I almost moaned.
“Table for two, sir?” a waitress asked as she eyed both of us, I cringed inwardly.
We sat with Grayson sitting across from me, “How did you find me? Or at least got my number?” I asked and he opened his mouth but didn’t get to reply, as the same waitress arrived with menus in her hand giving one to both of us, asking what we liked.
