Lilly could not move anymore. Her blisters had started oozing blood because of the strain she had put on them. She sat down by a small stream, quenched her thirst and soaked her legs in the cold water. Her ankles were all swollen up. And her body scratched by woods while she was running. This was her worst nightmare. The sun was going down and the forest was becoming darker and darker at each passing minute. Lilly could not move to a safer place to shield herself from the cold. Her stomach grumbled loudly. She longed for food. Her stomach had sunken in because of hunger. It was now almost five days she had gone without food only surviving on water and wild berries. Her morning sicknesses had also disappeared. She laid down on the ground and shielded her head with a rock to act as a pill
