Chapter 25
Ryan felt the primal rage rising within him as he paced in his cabin. He was the alpha of the moonstonepack, the most powerful werewolf pack in the region, and he had just discovered that one of his own had betrayed him. He slammed his fist on the wall, his eyes glowing golden with fury. He had to find out who was behind this before it was too late.
Ryan and Cassy had just gotten back only the day before only to be greeted with this news.
Just then, there was a knock on the door. It was Cassy, his Luna, his mate. She entered the room and closed the door behind her. Ryan's anger dissipated a little at the sight of her. She was his rock, his partner, his everything. He took a deep breath and turned to her.
