Ryan paced back and forth, his mind racing with thoughts of the newcomer. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was off about him. His instincts as an alpha were telling him that this newcomer could pose a danger to his pack. Cassy, his Luna, sat beside him on their bed, watching him with concern. "What's wrong, Ryan?" she asked, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder. Ryan stopped pacing and turned to face her. "I don't trust the new guy. Something about him doesn't feel right." Cassy nodded in agreement. "I've been keeping an eye on him too. He's been asking a lot of questions about our pack, and I think he's been watching us." "I don't trust him," Cassy said, pacing back and forth. "He's too quiet, and his eyes are always darting around, like he's looking for something."
