“It’s not much but you can stay here as long as you’d like.” Caroline said as she showed the man her guest room.
“I’m really sorry for intruding in your home Miss Williams…” Jayden apologized, along his way to the office to pick up his stuff he met the woman that offered him her assistance.
“I don’t mind, if you’re angry with Daniel you should take a day or two to think it over, cool your head down.” Caroline spoke with her usual indifferent tone, making the other feel like he was speaking with Daniel himself.
“Thank you, I’ll repay your kindness in any way I can.” Jayden said as he lightly bowed his head.
“That so? You can start by helping me babysit Emily.” Caroline said as she headed to the other room to get the girl, the man followed along after her.
