The next morning Zack turned to touch his lover’s shoulder and kiss him along his neck. “Good morning Simon…” He said in a whisper into the other’s ear.
Simon turned his head to look at the man and smiled, he opened his mouth to speak but instead started coughing blood. *Cough… cough… His entire hand covered in the dark liquid he felt like he could barely breathe.
“Simon! Don’t worry, I’ll get you to the hospital right away!” Zack quickly stood up, not bothering to change out of his pigamas, he helped Simon stand up from the bed and they headed out.
“Don’t worry… *cough… this happens every morning… *cough… *cough…” Simon could barely speak but still chose to use the little breath he had to reassure the other.
