After doing the pushups, squats, single-leg deadlifts, and side planks, I get the tinted glass tablet to check my vitals. This is handy and looks fragile but very useful. It's an incredibly advanced gadget for me cause this was the first time I saw something like this. They are exceeding my expectations.
