"You should eat more dear, you are so thin" Pierre mom said to Autumn 

"Thank you mon but I'm already full" Autumn said and hold her tummy 

"Tsss... young people tend to eat less" Pierre Mom said and put another pancake on her plates

"Mom, she already eaten a lot, stop doing it she might gain weight and the wedding gown might not fit"Pierre said and grab the pancakes on Autumn plate

"You can order with different gown beside I can see that she is tired for staying too late" Pierre mom said and laughed, she keeps on looking at Autumn neck where a love bite is visible 

"Sandy stop teasing your daughter in law" Pierre dad said and smiled that make Autumn face turns to red

"Okay, Okay," the old woman said and start eating her breakfast 

"Mom, we need to go somewhere today, don't wait us for dinner" Pierre said and Autumn look at him with questioning look

"Okay!" His mom said and continue eating 

"You know what, You look familiar sweetheart" Stephanie said keeps on looking at Autumn 

“Well Auntie, remember the girl on the karaoke bar last time?” Pierre said and smiled to Autumn 

“Oh right!!!!! You are that girl!!!” She said and turn her look to Pierre Mom

“You have amazing daughter-in-law! Did you know that she is a good singer like you do!! We should visit karaoke bar before you leave” Stephanie said that makes Autumn blush as she remember that she thinks that Pierre is dating another girl

“Sure let’s do that!”

“Mom, Autumn will be busy this past few months and her schedule is fully booked” Pierre said that makes his mom and Stephanie sneered 

“You just don’t want to share your wife to us! Don’t worry we’re not going to tell her your past” Stephanie said and laugh

“Hey both of you leave the couple alone, of course they need to be alone with each other! I’m asking for an heir now!” Pierre dad said and they end up laughing hard that makes Autumn blush

“We will do that but don’t put too much pressure with Autumn” Pierre said and wink at her, she was about to speak when her phone rings 

“Hello”

“Autumn, you need to be in the office” Rose said that make her heart skip a beat 

“What happen?”

“There is group of directors set up board meeting, they want you to resign on your spot” 

“Huh? Why? No wait I’ll call you later” Autumn said and hang up

“I’m sorry, I really need to go now, there is emergency in our office” she said

“What happen dear?” Pierre mom said and hold her hand

“I don’t have the details yet, I’m sorry” she said and smiled to her 

“We will just set dinner with both of you” Pierre mom said and she look at Pierre 

“I’ll go with Autumn mom, dad” he said and stands up and hold Autumn 

“No, I can manage, stay here with your parents” Autumn said and smile

“No, it is better if Pierre is with you, you can also bring this old man” Pierre mom and she held his husband hand 

“I think I could provide help, I’ll just change meet me at the lobby in 15” The old kwon said and kiss his wife’s forehead 

“Let’s go little love” Pierre said and smile to Autumn 

“I’m sorry” Autumn said to Pierre mom and looks to Stephanie 

“It’s okay dear go now” Stephanie said and wave to her and Pierre is walking with Autumn

“OMG, I don’t have clothes to wear” She said with Pierre with a wide eye

“You can just wear that” Pierre said and look at her with amusement, he still can’t move on seeing Autumn wearing his white T-shirt and his shorts 

“Are you serious?” She said and chuckle 

“Don’t worry, I texted Lindle and he is already on his way on Emerald, you can change there” Pierre said and grab his suit and close the bathroom door leaving Autumn in surprise, she can’t believe that Pierre can manage to think in advance even in a short notice. After a few minutes they are now heading to Emerald buildings, Autumn is just listening with both man while they are discussing with business, Rose said that some of the board is now questioning her capabilities of being CEO, Some of their investors want to cancel their transaction because now her Identity being a woman is exposed last night. They reach the Emerald building, Rose meet them at the lobby and pass Autumn some documents 

“What is this?” Autumn said while walking towards her office 

“I immediately ask for investigation about this, there is someone in our company who is waiting for this, and you can see there that it was already planned ahead of time” Rose said and looks with 2 powerful man beside Autumn, she didn’t know that she will coming with Pierre and old Kwon.

“I’ll read it and discuss this quickly with dad, go ahead and change we will wait you here.” Pierre said and Autumn nod quickly, she is relieved that now Pierre is on her side to help her after a few minute 3 of them is walking toward the conference room and when they open it they got all the attention, Autumn see her grandma in problematic look but when the old woman see who is with Autumn her mood suddenly changed, she automatically stands up and welcomed the Old kwon and Pierre

“I didn’t know that you’re going to visit our company” she said and offer hand

“Well we were just having our breakfast with this young lady when she received the call” the old Kwon said that is loud enough to hear of all the people near them. 

“Oh dear, My apologies about that” Autumn grandmother said and smiled to both man

“We understand, business is business” the old man said, Autumn grandma smiled and guided them where to sit, Autumn immediately walks in the center of the table and speaks 

“I heard about the petition that was submitted, honestly speaking I feel hurtful about this, I’ve been a CEO of this company for almost 4 years and you know what I can do” She said and silence all the person inside the room not until one of them speak 

“We know what you accomplish, but the investors now is declining to work with us, we can’t just testify that you are good”

“Is it enough reason?” She said in calm tone

“Yes!” Someone answer her question, Autumn look at him with displeased look

“Could you tell me why it is” Autumn said with challenging look

“You know the corporate world’s and there only a few woman who successfully manage to stay being on top, they still depend on man’s capability’s and you being single, how we can easily justify that you are behind of the emeralds success since we hide your identity” He said and smirked 

“How long have you’ve been here in Emerald? A year or so? Have you forgotten that before I become a CEO 2 woman already keeps the company running?” Autumn said and her eyebrows arch and she continued 

“My grandmother works as a CEO of Emerald before, even my late Mother also works as a CEO, but still Emerald still stands strong and even powerful in corporate world, all of you can’t deny it, using our gender as an excuse because some of you craved for the power, submitting a petition without checking the facts” she said and chuckle 

“But before all of you submitted your vote, let me used this opportunity to officially introduce my Fiancé Pierre Kwon.” She said and smile to Pierre that makes the room filled with noise and surprise, they are now looking at the man who is waiting towards Autumn location 

“Good morning everyone, My name is Pierre Kwon the CEO of Starburst” He said and bowed down before he continued

“We just celebrated our engagement last night and it was not announced yet because we want to settle things in private, Miss Park and I decided to have a collaboration of our company after our marriage resignations but since this what happened, my Father founder of Starburst decided to make this announcement official, We decided to join Emerald on this journey. Thank you! We are hoping your full support” he said and bows down.
