MOIRA IS MISSING

Moira's POV

A fine morning, everything seemed calm, even the Waves in the sea were quite.Every one around me seemed extremely happy.For Gina and Jake I would say it's because they had found each other, for Davi, maybe is because since we came from the cave,it's only today am not cranky towards him,I woke up in the morning and went direct to his room and snuggled next to him simply because I felt he smelled nice, yeah,I know it's weird, but what to do, that's what my baby demanded today.Davi smells like coconuts, which is funny to me because I expected him to use a onion flavored lotion, cologne and maybe shower gel,guess I was wrong,he is a normal human being after all.He cuddled me for some twenty minutes before he went downstairs to make breakfast for everyone and I went back to my room to get ready for work.I do like Davi, but I must admit I find him slightly annoying lately, otherwise,he is a really nice guy.For instant right now, he was dancing with Martha in the kitchen while they both made breakfast.I was standing on top of the stairs case watching all this,when I felt someone tap my shoulder and I turned around to find professor Jeff standing behind me.Before I could say anything to him, he pulled me into a hug, and I mean a big tight hug.This came has a surprise to me, because if my memories were correct, the hugs between me and professor were always a bit formal, they were always side hugs, but today, he was holding me a bit too tight and squeezing me into his chest like if his life dependent on it.Weird.

After some two minutes, he finally let go of me, I inhaled and exhaled loudly because heaven knows I wasn't breathing in his arms.Just when I was about to ask him what was going on, he held my face with both his hands and kissed me on the forehead.WEIRD.We stood there with him holding my face, just staring at each other, until I noticed a glitter in his eyes,he looked like he wanted to cry, and that's when I finally found my words.

"Sir are you alright, is anything wrong?".

"Yeah my princess, I am extremely okay and happy.I can't believe all this time, you were standing Infront of me and I didn't notice you have my eyes, and Sabina's little cute little lips".

"aaaaah... sir...are you sure you are alright..I mean.. you look like you are about to cry and that's weird".

"No Ira baby..am doing just fine, these are tears of joy".

" You mean you want to cry simply because I have your eyes... well even Gina thinks so,it'd just a coincidence not a scientific discovery so you don't have to cry Sir".

"Ooh...aaah..am..mhh..I mean..I was looking for you...and I finally found you.. what I want to say is..I was worried about you when I heard you went to the cave and I remembered hearing you say this one time that you are claustrophobic,so yeah I got worried... when I saw you I just thought of giving you a hug Incase you were still scared. About my eyes, I can't seem to find my eye drops,I have been tearing up alot lately".

"Ooh, am fine sir no need to worry,Davi took very good care of me,I didn't get a Panic attack this time round, infact, I think am no longer claustrophobic."

"okay, that's great news then,by the way, your mom called".

"She did?".

", Yeah, she said she had been trying your phone for two days now and you were unreachable so she got worried".

"Ooh my battery died the night before we went to the cave,I left it to charge.. yesterday when we came back, I didn't switch it on, I still haven't switched it on till now, I'll definitely call her after breakfast".

"Okay, let's go and eat them, your stomach sounds are too loud".

"Oops sorry, I didn't even notice".

"That's nothing to be embarrassed about, everyone has stomach sounds, besides you have a life growing inside of you".

"Okay, let's go".

We together went down the stairs, walked into the dinning only two find the two love sick puppies trying to pull each other's tongues out.How do people breath in this type of contact, I never seem to get it.

Moira: "You guys... give it a rest, if you keep kissing each other allover, you might has well run out of saliva,then what will you use in the next fifty years, I know, anatomically, people can't run out of Saliva but, don't you think you are over doing it, I have only seen you kiss everywhere in the last two days".

Gina: Chumchum, believe me, this man has yummy lips, they taste like cuddy, I wanna suck on them all the time".

Jake: when you are in love bestie, you want to be glued to that person, I miss her the second I let her go".

Professor:Young love, so exciting, but what matters is keeping it that way till forever".

Moira:Woe to whoever falls in love with me, because I hate clinginess, spare me some me time,I love you but I don't want to be with you all the time".

Jake:Fall in love first and then we will see about that, and you can start by giving our mister chef here a chance".

Moira:I have too much in my plate, I don't want to add someone's son on the list, besides, Mr chef hasn't asked me out yet, he is busy dancing with Martha.Hay...Davi, could you serve breakfast please some of us have actual jobs to go to"

Davi:Yes ma'am, here is you fruit salad and a glass of milk.Yes I know, I am in a family of super heroes, who can save a life with just an injection, and then there is me the spatula king.Eat up people, you have work to go to, please go ahead.

Moira:Davi,you know I didn't mean to sound like you job is any less of a super hero job, like who doesn't love food, infact, you are the bigger super hero here".

Davi:My feelings are already hurt princess,we can't reverse that now can we, not even if you take it back".

Moira: Really David, you are really that offended,is it that time of the month for you sweetie".

Davi:Auch.You ladies hate it when someone uses that line on you,so why are you reversing it now.No, it's not that time of the month for me, it's all the time of the month me".

Moira: Okay,am sorry Davi, tell you what, I'll make it up to you, just tell me what to do".

Davi:Mhhhh..let me think, we can go out for dinner, not in my restaurant, another one".

Professor:No, you can do that another time, I need you four home in the evening, there is something important I need to tell you, so we will all have dinner at home, okay, come on now, everyone,run along it's time to go to work".

Monday,the most annoying day of the week,it was only 8 in the morning, but I felt so tired.To worsen the situation, I was in the bathroom draining my breakfast out of me.How on earth was I supposed to do my job today feeling this sick.

"Morning sickness doc,I guess being pregnant sulks big time hah"

"Sometimes I wonder what's the use of starving all the time if I will throw up as soon as the food hits my stomach.Trish, please don't get pregnant before you are twenty five".

"What's the difference Moira, I'll still have the same symptoms as a normal pregnant woman should have. I will hate the first trimester has much has you do. Don't worry , one month to go and all this will stop, all you will be complaining about is your baby playing football inside you and using you has the ball".

"Trish, do you think I'll make a good mom, I mean, I might seem okay, but deep down am scared I'll fail".

"Ira, do you know how much you have babied me around here for the month and half you've been here, I am your assistant but you behave like am a baby to you.Its okay for you to be scared, it's your first time to be a mother, but we will never know how it will turn out until we actually do it, so don't worry, you will do just fine".

"Thank you Trish,and yes I baby you around because you are so tiny, just look at you, what do you eat,salads only?.

"You, calling me tiny, like if you are any better,I don't eat salads, I love meat,I guess it's in my genes,we are all tiny in my family".

"Ooh really now, anyway,how tight is our schedule today,I want to go get my ultrasound done".

"You have some forty minutes to spare before your busy day starts, you can go, and I'll be here preparing for your first case".

"Thank you Trish, I won't be long I promise".

"You are welcome, run along now".

Little did I know that this day had alot in store for me.This day would mark the start of a chain of calamities and pain.I walked into the Ultrasound room to find the last person I expected to see this day.

"Agatha?".

"ooh hi Moira, come in,how are you?".

"Agatha, you here,I mean, what are you doing here".

"This is a hospital Moira, sick people come here,and am a patient so I am here".

"Ooh, but the ultrasound office?".

"ooh, I know what you are thinking sweetheart, but it ain't that.The gynaecologist is my friend, I needed to talk to her so I came to her office, but then she had things to do so I decided to wait for her in here".

"ooh,I should probably come later, seems she is alittle tied up".

"We can wait together, she won't be long.That way you and I can get to know each other alittle".

"Okay, twenty minutes maximum".

"That's long enough, juice?".

" Water".

"Okay,so how long have you guys known the professor and the boys".

"The professor, is my professor from medical school, and as for the boys,I have only known them for a month and half I guess, and you, how do you know them".

"I was their nanny since I was sixteen till they joined highschool, after that we just became good friends. Here is your water.I came in thirsty, when I saw the juice I decided to help myself, and here I am serving you water".

"I hope we don't get in trouble for it".

"No, she is my childhood friend,she will understand, what's up with the face".

"This water taste weird".

"Ooh, it has cucumbers in it".

"That explains it, thank you".

"You are welcome".

"Where you working out,I mean, your outfit".

"Yeah, I had yoga classes afew blocks from here, I decided to come in like this, going back home to change would have taken alot of time,I hope I don't stink".

"No you don't, you smell like strawberries actually".

"That's my shower gel flavor.Are you alright Moira".

"I suddenly feel drowsy".

"Drowsy, just lie on the desk for alittle while,I think I just bored you".

"No you didn't,it is bound to happen in my condition".

" Okay, just lie there, because if you stand up you might get dizzy.Meanwhile, I'll just excuse myself for a minute, I need to make an important call I had forgotten about".

"Yeah sure,go ahead".

"Thank you sweetie".

"Hay there Mr Friend, our cargo is ready for transport".

Regina's POV

Where could this girl be.Did she decide to get her ultrasound done in another hospital or what,how could she disappear like that.

"Trish are you sure she really went there".

"Yes doc, she said she wanted to have her ultrasound done, and then asked me how much spare time she had before her patients started coming in,I told her almost an hour so she could go, but then it has been two hours, and she is not back yet,",

"The gynaecologist is not even in today, who the hell did she go to see, even Martha says she is not home,she didn't go to Davi's restaurant either, am really having a bad feeling about this, what if something bad happened to her, how could she disappear just like that".

"Let's do one thing, let's check the CCTV cameras".

"Good Idea, let me call Jake".

Ooh God what could have happened to her,I was starting to get really anxious,what if she is hurt, or what if uncle Michi took her,no, that's not possible,am probably over thinking.

The CCTV cameras showed all of us walk in to the hospital in the morning,then we all went to our respective offices.After some thirty minutes or so, Moira walks out of her office, goes up stairs into the Ultrasound room, twenty minutes later, two male nurses go in, and come out with a patient in a wheelchair, but her face is covered,and behind them,is a lady in yoga pants and a hoodie.And then no one goes in again.Wait a minute, could that patient be Moira.

"Trish, which colour was Moira's scrubs today".

"Navy blue why".

"Mister, could you reverse that video alittle...stop..zoom in on the patient in the wheelchair...that's Moira..Jake they took her".

"Come down sweetheart, how do you know it's Moira?".

"Trish just said she wore navy blue scrubs today, that person in the wheelchair is in navy blue scrubs, and if you look closely,she has a pink watch on her wrist, I know it because I got it for her has a Christmas gift,Jake my chumchum has been kidn*pped right under my nose.What if they kill her Jake, what if it's uncle Michi who took her, he will definitely kill her, he had threatened he would, Jake please, we need to find her quickly please".

"Come down babe, come down, first let's find out who that lady was okay, Mister please play the videos of the cameras at the entrance and try to find that lady".

"Got her sir".

"Zoom in".

"Yes sir".

"Wait,Agatha! what was she doing here and why would she take Moira, what business could she have with her".

"That witch, I knew from the first time I saw her that she is a devil, she kidn*pped Moira Jake, she took my chumchum, we need to find her please Jake, she is pregnant".

"Come down princess, we will find her,I promise, call Davi and tell him what happened,I'll call Dad, okay, stop crying, everything will be fine".

Why was this happening, why was destiny so cruel to Moira,how could someone just wake up one day and decide to take her way just like that,what If she lost her baby in the process,she would never recover from that.And now I have to tell Davi about it,he is going to freak out.

"Hello Regina, I was told you called asking about Moira".

"Hello Davi,..am...I need to tell you something, can you talk right now".

"Are you crying Gina, What's wrong,what happened to you".

"No not to me,to Ira".

"What happened to her".

"Aaah...Moira is missing Davi, Agatha kidn*pped her from the hospital".

"What do you mean Agatha kidn*pped her".

"This morning, I went to look for her in office but I couldn't find her,her assistant said that she had also been looking for her for an hour or so,so we all started looking for but we couldn't find her anywhere, that's why I called your restaurant, I also called Martha, but she wasn't there either, so we all decided to check the CCTV cameras because I was having a bad feeling about the whole thing, and that's how we found out that Agatha took her".

"Why would Agatha take her, why, they hardly know each other, they only met once".

"I also don't know Davi, I am really scared".

"Calm down, I am coming over, does dad know".

"Jake is talking to him now over the phone".

"Okay,wait for me am coming".

"Okay".
