She opened the dreadful envelope and almost fainted. It had about half a dozen photos of Jade and Scarlet. The photographer wanted to make sure that they got close ups of the ongoing torture.
She found a letter and a finger in a small ziplock bag. She retched. She instantly recognised the finger with its unpainted nail.

The set of photos with Jade in them were horrific. They hadn’t given her any clothes to wear. The number of welts on her body had increased. They must have increased the count of whiplashes. Her forearms had five more pieces of glass pierced in them. Five in each forearm. She was bleeding profusely.
