CONFRONTATIONS

STORM'S POV

I was watching the clock counting down the seconds until i could leave this dreadfully boring chemistry class. Finally the bell rings signaling lunch which means I can go meet with my friends. I slowly begin to make my way to my locker. I was lost in my thoughts once again and bumped into what I assumed to be a brick wall and closed my eyes expecting to feel the pain of hitting the floor at any minute and instead I realize I was embraced in a pair of strong warm arms. I slowly began to open my eyes and couldn't help but to get lost in those gorgeous green eyes for a moment until it dawned on me that I was in Xander's arms. "We really should stop meeting like this gorgeous." He said. "Well if you would just stop stepping in my way all the time then we would you ass." I stated. I went to walk around him but he reached out and grabbed my wrist. "Wait there darling I never caught your name.", he pointed out. I couldn't help but to start to laugh. "What is so funny gorgeous?", he asked. "Why do you seem to care what my name is now? We have been going to the same school since freshman year why take the sudden interest now?", I asked him. "There is no way that we have been in the same school and I have failed to notice someone as beautiful as you. Why is it that you seem to hate me so much? I am an amazing guy if you just get to know me. Give me a chance.", he said. "I really don't have time for this bullshit right now Xander. If you really want to know why I cant stand you and you want me to give you a chance I'm going to make you work for it. Figure out my name for yourself and then we might talk. Now i have places to be so bye." I said and turned and left.

I walked into the cafeteria and walked straight to the table to my friends. As soon as I walked up everyone became super quiet and I instantly knew that they had just speaking of me. "So what is it that took you so long to get here babe? We were starting to worry about you.", Sam said. "Ugh please do not make me speak about it. I ended up running into that asshat Xander." I said. "Did he try to hurt you? Do I need to go handle it for you?", Jack asked. "You are so sweet for worrying Jack but you know I can handle myself and no he didn't hurt me." I said reaching over and kissing him on the cheek making him blush. Before I could even start thinking to much about his blushing Jasmine interrupts my train of thoughts with her questions of what happened between Xander and I? "Well like I had said I ended up running into him again and he started trying to hit on me.", I said. "b***h you are so f*****g lucky!" Mia and Willa yelled at the same time. "How am I lucky to keep having to deal with the schools biggest man slut? He is such a pig all he ever does is use a girl and turns around and breaks her heart. As far as I am concerned he can just leave me alone. We should talk about something else." I said. Thankfully the subject soon got changed to what we were going to be doing tonight. We all finally agreed to go to the new club that just opened up called the Pit. The bell rang so we all went to our next classes.

Jasmine and I walked into our art class and continued our conversation of our plans for later. We decided as soon as school let out that we would head out to go shopping to find the best outfits we could for the club tonight. Next thing I knew the rest of the day flew by and the bell was ringing for us to leave. I was so excited to go shopping and just get ready to go out with my friends. I rushed out to my truck and meet Cameron and we headed home so i could drop him off and get ready to go shopping with Jazz.

Jazz and i spent 3 hours at the mall looking through every shop looking for the perfect outfit. She found hers immediately and mine took forever. Finally the last store we looked in i found the perfect dress. It was a mid thigh black velvet dress with flared sleeves that set just off my shoulders and i found 6 inch heels which was perfect for me considering i was only 5 feet tall. We hurried home to get ready for our night out since everyone was meeting at my house.
