Chapter Fifteen I felt a breeze across my face as I inhaled the scent of freshly picked daisies. I followed the scent to the master bedroom. All solid oak furniture, a white canopy around the king-size bed in the middle of the room, brass headboards, and a large mirror over the dresser that matched perfectly. To the right corner of the room was an altar of some sort, where a mess was laid out. My heart fell to the pit of my stomach as a dark energy came towards me, illuminating from the alter. As I slowly approached it, the heaviness in my heart became stronger, and my senses warned me of danger. I ran my hand along the wood of the table, spilled out resins all over and old apothecary bottles, each holding different liquids. To the left of me, I felt his presence as I turned towards him
