“I think I will have the Skirt Steak Romesco and the Kale and Manchego Salad,” Ashley said as she continued to look at the menu, making sure that was the selection she wanted. “And would you like that salad to come out before the main course?” The super polite waitress asked. “Please,” Ashley responded as she handed over her menu. “And for you ma’am,” the waitress asked as she moved on to take Nicole’s order. As Nicole placed her order, Ashley’s mind drifted to B and the events of the previous night and the one that took place that morning. Although she loved this restaurant and her friend, Ashley would rather be wherever B was at in this moment. As she looked out at the busy street a smile came across her face as she played back B’s confession of wanting to get with her months
