Once the car door shut and they were enclosed in the car, Foxy and Joe reached for each other’s hands. Foxy wasn"t sure if Joe reached first or if she did. Foxy entwined the fingers of her left hand with Joe"s right one. Joe pressed the palm of his left hand until it was flush with Foxy"s right one. They held onto each other tight.
