"What do I need to do?" I asked courageously. We were in the sterile white room where I'd first met Lucinda. The small office looked almost the same. Cabinets lined every part of the creme walls, filled with files and vials of blood. A small desk sat idly beneath a pale blue curtained window. I stood in the middle of the room, wringing my hands together with anxious fear, waiting for Lucinda to launch up her computer. She sat hunched over at the desk, stacks of paper surrounding her, her greying hair tied up in a tight bun on top of her head. The corner of her tongue poked out of her mouth as she squinted her eyes at the screen, she was clearly concentrating hard.
