Thirteen The morning dawned bright and as lovely as the day before. April got out of bed and stood at the window looking out. The blue room’s windows faced the sea so she had quite a view. She smiled as she watched the waves below and thought about Joshua. What happened the night before had been exciting and yet a little scary as well. Considering how she had responded to the man, she started to wonder if she had ever really been in love with Greg. No, she had been, at one time at least. But his betrayal of her, on their wedding day, had certainly left a bad taste in her mouth.
