I still can’t wipe that smug smile from my face as I go back out to the garden party. Arlo looks so damn frustrated, I nearly cracked up in his face. I hadn’t intended on getting a glass of water but when he made an outright show of carrying Nova off I couldn’t help myself.
Plus I needed a distraction from this boring party.
