By the time Robin left the hospital, it was already evening. Neon lights lined the streets, and crowds filled the pedestrian areas, which made her solitary figure walking slowly stand out even more. The winter wind cut through the air, and beneath her thin clothing, most of her body was wrapped in bandages. Several wounds on her legs were severe enough to require stitches, and every step she took sent sharp pain through her body. Her phone began to vibrate.
