I chased a man down while I was still in bear form as he was getting into his car in a secluded area. All I had to do was roar at him and he passed out. I shifted quickly and stripped him down and took his keys and wallet. It was past nine now and I had to get to my sister. I needed to find out if it was true. But when I arrived, I immediately smelled shifters and saw the block around my parent’s estate was crowded with black SUVs.

Quickly I spun the car around and tried to think of what to do next. Hilton was going to be furious with me and Bradley Connors will probably kill me as soon as he saw me. I wished I had Jamie’s number. With a defeated sigh I picked up the stolen cell phone and quickly dialed Hilton’s cell number.
