I don’t know when I lost control of this operation, but it soon became clear that Gloria was in charge. It also became obvious that Everlyn wasn’t likely to live regardless if she agreed to leave. I was starting to realize that I have made a horrible mistake with involving Gloria and letting her talk me into this. I should have just accepted that James didn’t want to be with me.
