Jeff lifted the lockdown a week after it started. They didn’t catch the shooter, but there haven’t been any more shootings either. So we will be allowed to go back to the Poly Institute, but community time has been suspended. I could feel my tiger getting restless as it’s been over a week without shifting and my tiger has been extra agitated lately. I usually could go about two weeks before I started to feel this irritable.
“So what are we going to do about shifting?” I asked Jeff as we got ready to head to the Poly Institute.
“When was your last shift?” he asked.
“Last week, on Sunday,” I answered. “I’m starting to get uncomfortable.”
“How much longer do you think you can go?” he asked.
“Maybe a few days,” I said. “But shifting helps me think and process.
