I'm actually left speechless, did she mean that???? I was not expecting her to say that out.
I know I should be celebrating but somehow I feel disappointed…… was I hush on her???
I need a beer to clear my head, so I walk out and go downstairs. I do not drink but during scenarios like this my gallet makes an exception…. I walk to the fridge and am sure uncle Philipe will not mind me taking one.
I'm about to get my beer but am stopped by the sound of a ringing phone, I look over and it's coming from the serpent's handbag. So this where she dropped her bag, a smile creeps in as I try to recall the entire incident.
I get the handbag but I hesitate opening it, it's very impolite to open a lady's bag without her permission, so I carry it back to my room and wait for her.
