Chapter 8 - Grim's Miasma

After the fight...

Matsuda congratulated Lance for his victory

And then Lance and the Goddess had a private talk.

"So your choice is obvious from the very beginning because you know a lot about this world. That's why trespassers lives again."

And when they returned he told Matsuda about the news.

"You'll be able to save her."

Matsuda can't hold his cry after hearing it.

The Goddess looked at Matsuda and said

"Matsuda you deserve this because I found you worthy."

Before the trial ended Matsuda said this

"I want to save her so that her family will be happy again."

It made the Goddess know that Matsuda is not saving her just for himself or his regret. but is also minding other people besides him.

Then "the voices" began talking.

Matsuda's body glowed

He felt a deep relaxation. But, before he got back. He looked at lance for the last time.

He smiled and said.

Lance nods after hearing it.

Hey Goddess, those voices are being so loud but why is it hard to hear?

It's fast enough for you to hear but If I were you I wouldn't want to hear them unless you want to hear a million repeats of "Failed" and "Successful"
